When will my order arrive?
Each Terra Ave° piece is made to order. Production typically takes 1-2 business days, and shipping takes 4–7 business days within the U.S.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
We often run free shipping promotions, but our standard domestic rate is displayed at checkout if not. You’ll always see shipping costs before confirming your order.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size or preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged or with a printing issue, contact us within 7 days and we’ll send a replacement or refund right away.
